The Iron Trucker app (formerly Trucker of Steel) is designed by truckers for truckers – with exercises that can be done anywhere. There are workouts for just about every level of fitness.
Georgia truck driver Cleo Hardy created this app after logging over a decade of time on the road. It’s difficult for truckers to get to the gym, so Hardy devised ways for drivers to use their truck as a mobile gym! Explore dozens of workouts targeted to train and strengthen different parts of the body.
One of the best-rated fitness apps available, Nike Training Club offers a wide variety of workouts and motivational guidance from trainers, athletes, and health experts. Workout options run the gamut from bodyweight resistance workouts and yoga to HITT and cardio programs.
There are exercise options for all levels, and you can choose from numerous workouts of 20 minutes or less, including a “big workouts in small spaces” category.
While you may be familiar with the Fitbit activity tracker, it pairs best with a mobile app that collects and manages your data. Depending on the type of tracker you choose, the app paired with the tracker can collect information about heart rate, sleep, resting breaths per minute, and of course, activity levels. Set activity and movement reminders, sleep reminders, and more.
This is a great way to manage and measure your activity and fitness indicators over time to help you make adjustments to your routine. Small changes add up!
This online program provides coaching for truck drivers via both desktop and mobile app. This is a great option for drivers who need a little extra support or who do better setting goals as part of a community.
